Retinoid and adenosine are natural and synthetic analogues of vitamin A, ATP base that are involved in the regulation of several biological function such as anti-cancer agent and wrinkles removal agent. We have described the synthesis and biological activity of novel retinamines. The retinamine derivatives were synthesis by introducing functional side chain into the amino group of ANS. The molecular activities could be dependant on the hetero atom contained functional groups. The physical properties were tested by spectrum and treatment effects. |
