제목 Preparation and properties of cross-linked polyurethane dispersion containing tri- or tetra- cross-linkers for flame retardant binders
초록   Aqueous polyurethane dispersion(PUD) has become more attractive as environment-friendliness, excellent characteristics and various application such as paint, ink, coating agents, adhesives, functional plastics, bio-materials and building materials, especially flame retardant binders, etc. PUD was prepared by adding polypropylene glycol(PPG), Isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), and Dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) with cross-linkers, using type of triol or tetra-amine etc., that is three functional groups and four functional groups. And the properties of PUD(particle size and distribution, the thermal and mechanical properties of it) with the different ratio of cross-linkers were studied and were confirmed them such as flame retardant binders. This studies were supported by Research fund, the Small and Medium Business Administration, Korea.
