Preparation of high surface TiO2 nanofibers for dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) by electro-spinning |
초록 |
High porous TiO2 nanofibers(HPNFs) containing tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) for the dye sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) were prepared using a solution of polymerized titanium tetraisopropoxide by electrospinning. The porous TiO2 nanofiber precursors were prepared by calcination process. The surface area of the calcination TiO2 nanofibers was increased with increasing the temperature and amount of TEOS in TiO2 precursor. The structure of porous TiO2 nanofibers were confirmed anatase and rutile crystallite structure at same the time by XRD patterns. A maximum specific surface area was 142.3 m2/g. |
