Metal halide perovskites show promising optoelectronic properties for solar cells, such as long carrier diffusion length, high absorption coefficient, and solution processability. Perovskites with Inorganic A-site cations are especially suitable for commercialization due to its relatively superior stability compared to organic A-site cations. In this work, cesium-based inorganic perovskite (CsPbI2Br) was used as the light absorption layer for inorganic perovskite solar cells. In order to further extend the light-absorption spectrum of CsPbI2Br inorganic perovskite, a CsPbI3 layer was subsequently deposited, forming a CsPbI2Br/CsPbI3-xBrx graded inorganic perovskite layer. The photovoltaic cell using the graded inorganic perovskite showed good efficiency and stability. |
