제목 Efficient and stable CsPbI3-xBrx inorganic perovskite solar cells
초록 Metal halide perovskites show promising optoelectronic properties for solar cells, such as long carrier diffusion length, high absorption coefficient, and solution processability. Perovskites with Inorganic A-site cations are especially suitable for commercialization due to its relatively superior stability compared to organic A-site cations. In this work, cesium-based inorganic perovskite (CsPbI2Br) was used as the light absorption layer for inorganic perovskite solar cells. In order to further extend the light-absorption spectrum of CsPbI2Br inorganic perovskite, a CsPbI3 layer was subsequently deposited, forming a CsPbI2Br/CsPbI3-xBrx graded inorganic perovskite layer. The photovoltaic cell using the graded inorganic perovskite showed good efficiency and stability.
