Synthesis of poly(ethylene glycol) phospholipids |
초록 |
A general chemical method for the synthesis of glycerophospholipids and their analogues via H-phosphonate intermediates has been developed.It was found that the mixture of the reaction of isopropylideneglycerol with PCl3/imidazole ,reacts with various hydroxylic components in the presence of condensing agents and subsequently reacts with iodine to get 1,2-isopropylidene-sn-glycero-3-phosphoric acid. These can be converted into natural phospholipids via alkylation with palmitoyl chloride. |
