Spontaneous self-degradation of Light-emitting Electrochemical Cells(LECs) made with MEP-PPV/PEO/KCF3SO3 |
초록 |
Light-emitting Electrochemical Cells(LECs) are promising solution-processible organic emitting diodes in the future alternative to OLEDs. However, stabilities of LECs have not been resolved up to now. So, many publications based on stabilities of LECs have been reported. We examined electrical characteristics (V-I & V&L) of LECs made with MEH-PPV/PEO/KCF3SO3, performing glass encapsulation and storing LECs in a N2 glove box simultaneously at room temperature(i.e while in the off-state). Nevertheless, during the time of storage, characteristics of cells are degraded without dark spots, edge shrinkages. (eg. current density, luminescence) although we used Ag as cathode. |
