Ethosome에 포집된 루테올린의 안정성 향상 |
| 초록 |
Entrapment of luteolin into ethosomes was performed for improving its stability against oxidation. It was observed that the amount of added luteolin into lecithin had a considerable effect on the particle size of ethosome. The phase behavior of liquid crystalline phase in ethosome was investigated by polarized optical microscopy and DSC. The luteolin stabilization effect through its entrapment in ethosomes was evaluated by DPPH method. |
