제목 Enhanced Adhesion and Interfacial Property of Heat treated Wood/Stone Composites
초록 Market capacity of the stone bed has been growing continuously. New design and materials for stone bed were needed. In this stone bed research, reduced weight and enhanced heat transferring stability were studied. Reduced thickness of stone can make possible to lightening the total weight. Stone/wood board could be good combination materials. Good adhesion surface can be needed to transfer the heat stably at stone/wood interface. Wood lamina was heat treated to avoid the distortion of wood and to remove moisture. Mechanical properties of heat treated wood were evaluated with surface energy for different heat treated temperatures. Amine-type epoxy adhesive was used between stone and wood. Lap shear test was investigated to measure interfacial adhesion between stone and wood with heat treated wood conditions.
