제목 | 우레아 가수분해로 제조된 리튬 이차전지용 LiMn2O4 의 구조적, 전기화학적 특성 |
초록 | In recent years, rechargeable lithium secondary battery have been noticed as power sources of electronic devices because of their high energy density and long cycle life. LiCoO2, which is a cathode material of lithium-ion batteries, has excellent properties but it is expensive and to make toxic smoke. Therefore much study is developing a substitute material. It is well known that the Li-Mn-spinel is one of the most promising candidate for the cathode materials of lithium secondary batteries. LiMn2O4 powders were synthesized with lithium carbonate and manganese nitrate as raw materials, and precursors were prepared by urea hydrolysis. In this study, the LiMn2O4 powders were synthesized via a solid state reaction with various Li2CO3 concentration between 0% and 20% excess. And LiMn2O4 powders were heat treated at 800℃. The crystal structure and morphology of LiMn2O4 powders were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. And electrochemical properties were investigated. |
