제목 Compatible blend of Polypropylene and Poly (lactic acid) by Semi-Interpenetrating Polymer Network(semi-IPN) Structure
초록 The compatible blend of polypropylene(PP) and poly lactic acid(PLA) was successfully fabricated by semi-interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) structure using triallyl isocyanurate(TAIC) and t-butyl peroxide as a co-agent and cross-linking agent. The differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA) was used to confirm the compatibility between PP and PLA. The FT-IR was measured for confirm the change of the structure by TAIC/peroxide in PP/PLA blend matrix. Thermo gravimetric analyzer(TGA) was used for analyze of thermal degradation of PP/PLA blend. Flexural and impact strength was also measured by universal test machine and izod impact tester. The semi-IPN structure in immiscible blend enhanced the compatibility, heat resistance and mechanical strength by mechanical fastening of PP and PLA. The compatibilizer of poly(ethylene-co-glycidyl methacrylate) used for compared with semi-IPN structure in PP/PLA blend.
