제목 Bone formation and degradation of a highly porous Gelatin-Pectin-biphasic calcium phosphate composite in presence of BMP-2, VEGF
초록 In this study, composite of Gelatin (Gel)-Pectin (Pec)-biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP), BMP2-Gel-Pec-BCP and VEGF-Gel-Pec-BCP scaffolds were fabricated successfully for bone regeneration. The incorporating of bone morphogentic protein (BMP-2 ) and vascular enthedlidal growth factor (VEGF) promoted osteoinduction in Gel-Pec-BCP was developed for bone induction.  The physical properties were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), porosity, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). In vitro experiment was done by studying of cytotoxicity using MTT assay, and immuneflourescene for cell behaviour. Based on the results, it is concluded that our modified scaffolds hold a great candidate for bone tissue engineering application.
