제목 | Investigation of poling effect of electrolyte solutions in BaTiO3 nanotube array films for effective poling under low electric field |
초록 | Piezoelectric nanomaterials have been widely developed for various electronic devices such as energy harvester, sensor, and actuator. To exhibit high piezoelectric properties, poling process is essential to orient dipole moments in piezoelectric nanomaterials. However, poling process of piezoelectric nanomaterials has been difficult due to high leakage current by low electrical resistivity. In this study, we designed an electrolyte solution-based poling method using electrical double layer to pole nanotube array-based BaTiO3 piezoelectric thin films. This method can not only induce the alignment of dipole moment at low DC electric field, but also apply electric field to the film uniformly. As a result, the BaTiO3 thin films were found to exhibit piezoelectric voltage value of 10 V in tapping mode. |
