토양 미생물로부터CKD-711과 Fumagillin (CKD-732) 의 탐색, 분리정제 및 구조분석 |
| 초록 |
During searching the compounds to have activity against to a-glucosidase and angiogenesis from microorganisms, we isolated a novel a-glucosidase inhibitor, CKD-711, for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (non-insuline dependent) from Streptomyces sp. And fumagillin was isolated from Aspergillus sp. showing anti-angiogenesis. The fumagillin was converted to fumagillol and then to CKD-732 to have better water solubility and activity than fumagillin. Two compounds, CKD-711 and fumagillin showed different physico/chemical properties so that the purifying strategy was planned differently. We will discuss how we found, isolated, purified and elucidated CKD-711 and fumagillin for CKD-732. |
