Incorporation of decellularized marine plant kelp into liver ECM is a compelling approach to treat skin wounds as decell.kelp is the combination of fuicoidan, pectin, cellulose and different types of minerals ( I2) and ECM has protein and growth factors. The fabrication of ECM-kelp was done by freezing-thawing process. To enhance the healing properties we loaded p-coumaric acid with the scaffold which is a polyphony compound having anti inflammatory, anti oxidant, anti microbial properties though kelp itself has anti-microbial functions.Fundamental physical characteristics were carried out by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), pore diameter determination, FT-IR, swelling properties, PH change, degradation behavior. L929 primary fibroblast cell and RBMSc were selected for in vitro study which assured that the scaffold has cell regenerative potentially and also biocompatible. But we need to confirm this by in vivo study. |
