Glass migration mechanism of ceramic bonding between α-Al2O3 and β-Al2O3 using glass sealant for Na-based battery |
초록 |
The α-Al2O3 and β-Al2O3 are used as insulating and electrolyte materials in Na-based battery. While the battery is operating, no emission is required on the bonding between α-Al2O3 and β-Al2O3. In order to enhance the bonding-strength, the surface-treatment by acids (H2PO4) are applied instead of the conventional plasma-treatment. We investigated the bonding strength and sealing performance of α-Al2O3/sealant/β"-Al2O3 interface. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) were applied to characterize the interface of the glass sealant/Al2O3. Bonding-strength are The interface between the glass/Al2O3 substrate was well optimized. |
