제목 Preparation and evaluation of natural polymers based thermo-sensitive biomedical patches
초록 In this study, biomedical patches were prepared by MBS, PVA, poloxamer (PX) as a thermos-sensitive material, allopurinol (ALP), sodium benzoate (SB) as a photoinitiator, and plasticizers. Physical properties, recognition properties, and drug release properties for prepared thermos-sensitive biomedical patches were investigated. From the results of recognition properties, we verified that ALP imprinted biomedical patches have the binding site for ALP. The results for the release of ALP indicate that ALP release in pH 10.0 and high temperature was higher than in pH 4.0 and low temperature. In addition, ALP release of biomedical patches containing PX was higher than that of biomedical patches without the addition of PX. Results of the artificial skin test verified that ALP was released constantly for 36 hours. In addition, functional thermos-sensitive biomedical patches were prepared using a press needle used the oriental medicine, and then the degree of ALP release was evaluated.
