제목 Effect of surface modification of chitosan microsphere on osteoblast proliferation
초록 Chitosan (CHN) is widely used as a biomaterial due to its biocompatibility and biodegradability. CHN molecules are characterized by carrying a high positive charge that is different from most other biomolecules. In this study, we prepared CHN microspheres, thoroughly examined the surface morphology and physicochemical properties of CHN microsphere cap coating by scanning electron microscopy and the surface decomposition of water after coating, and verified the cap coating micro by cell experiments. The number of microspheres and the effect of coating time on the adhesion,proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast cell.
