제목 Studying on the internal structure of P3HT/PCBM films according to patterning methods and its influence on the PCE of OPVs
초록 Orgnaic solar cells has been widely studied due to their promising potential for the development of large-area, low-cost, light-weight solar cells with highly flexible form. to improve the PCE, many efforts have been focused on increasing absorption of incident light and optimizing internal structure of active layer. nano-patterning of active layer is a representative way to increase the absorption of incident light by scatterning effect. but internal structure (crystallinity of P3HT chain, composition of donor and acceptor materials, etc.) of patterned film is still unclear. so in this work, we study on the internal structure of P3HT/PCBM films according to the patterning methods, solvent assisted molding and imprinting with thermal annealing.
