제목 Activated Carbon Nanofibers with Heteroatoms for Supercapacitor Electrodes
초록 Supercapacitors, one of the most promising energy devices, have attracted significant interest for the use of electric vehicles and portable electronic devices because of their large power density and long cycle stability. The energy density of supercapacitors is dependent on the cell potential (V) and capacitance (C) in the following manner: E=1/2(CV2). Also, the power density of supercapacitors is given by P=V2/(4R), where R is the equivalent series resistance (ESR). Because the energy density and power density are dependant on the performances of electrodes, it is important to increase performance of electrode materials. Therefore, in this study, hierarchically porous carbon nanofibers containing numerous electroactive heteroatoms were prepared by controlling carbonization and chemical activation and their electrochemical performances were investigated.
