Preparation and characterization of nano-sized liposome containing proteins derived from Coptidis rhizoma |
| 초록 |
The protein from Coptidis Rhizoma (CRP) is benefit to the antiviral effect on the Candida albicans which causes the infectious dermatitis. To prevent the denaturalization from the external stimulus and improve the adsorption into the skin, the nano-sized liposomes were prepared as a carrier. The CPR-containing liposomes show the average diameter of 187nm and 33% encapsulation efficiency. The release behavior of CRP from the liposome was investigated with the variations of temperature and releasing time. In addition, the PVA solution was coated on the surface of the liposome to improve the stability. |
