제목 Chemical Strain-Relaxing of Single-Walled Carbon Nanotube Network Films for Enhancing Conductivity and Interfacial Adhesion on Plastic substrates.
초록 The conductivity and an interfacial adhesion of the single walled carbon nanotube network films on plastic substrates are successfully enhanced by a simple solvent treatment via chemical strain-relaxing with aromatic hydrocarbons excluding chemical doping effect. This chemical effect was confirmed by controlling of the welding area by depostion of reduced graphene oxide sheets. The correlation between the sheet resistance and the interfacial structure of nanotubes on polyester is further discussed in conjunction with a solvent-induced strain-relaxing of nanotube and the geometrical change of nanotube confirmed by atomic force microscopy and Raman spectroscopy after introducing solvents. We observe a clear reversible upshift in the G-mode frequencies after chemical welding indicating relaxation of strain induced by the surface structure of the substrate and network junction.
