제목 Synthesis and charaterization of mPEG-PA with stereochemical specificity of alanine
초록 We synthesized a thermogelling hydrogel Poly(ethylene glycol)-Poly(alanine)(mPEG-PA). mPEG-PA hydrogel undergoes sol-to-gel transition as the temperature increases. Alanine is an amino acid which shows unique secondary structures. We studied the difference of mPEG-PA properties as a function of L/DL ratio of alanine. Due to the chirality of the amino acid, we expect different secondary structures and different properties. The transition temperature, secondary structures and other properties were investigated by Phase-diagram, Rheology, Circular dichroism, FT-IR and 13C-NMR.
