제목 | The promotion of storage stability and dissolution rate of lansoprazole by excipients and controlled coating thickness |
초록 | Lansoprazole is well known for useful drug for the treatment of acid-related disorders. However, it shows poor storage stability in general. In order to promote the dissolution rate and storage stability of lansoprazole, alginate coating with various excipients was performed and the coating thickness was controlled. For the fabrication of multi-coated lansoprazole, fluid bed coating method was applied in this study. In vitro dissolution test was performed successively in simulated gastric juice (pH 1.2) for 1 hr and simulated intestinal juice (pH 6.8) for 2 hrs. Aging test was performed for 1 month under condition of humidity (70%) and temperature (40℃). From the result of the dissolution, we could increase the dissolution rate of lansoprazole by multi-coating with various excipients and optimized the dissolution patterns by controlled the coating thickness. Moreover, we could promote the storage stability of lansoprazole from the result of aging test comparison with our previous formulations.
