Recently, fabrication of subwavelength nanohole array has been attempted for its promising plasmonic applications. However, conventional approaches suffer from low cost effectiveness to made high-resolution patterns. Here, we fabricated high-resolution square-nanohole-array, using well-aligned Cr NWs from duplication of pre-made high-chi DSA template. Printed Cr masks using S-nTP were used to fabricate second Si master template, and finally Au film with square nanohole array were fabricated. And we observed the modificatio of transmission characteristics of Au film depends on nanostructures on it. A new resonance peak at 650 nm is observed, suggesting it stems from the structural effect. The sensitivity against to the change of the refractive index of surrounding medium is observed that is also supported by FDTD simulation results. |
