제목 Effects of Acceptor Units Substituted with Electrophilic Atoms on Charge Transport Properties in Conjugated Donor–Acceptor Type Polymer Films
초록 We have studied the effects of the acceptor unit where a part of the unit is substituted with an electrophilic atom on the charge transport properties in the cyclopentadithiophene (CDT) based D-A conjugated copolymers. For this purpose, we have prepared three different D-A type copolymers (cyclopentadithiophene-alt-benzothiadiazole (CDT-BTz), cyclopentadithiophene-alt-fluorobenzothiadiazole (CDT-FBTz) and cyclopentadithiophene-alt-thiadiazolopyridine (CDT-PTz)) and fabricated the CDT based D-A copolymer TFTs with bottom-contact and top-gate (BCTG) structures. From our preliminary results on the electrical properties of CDT based D-A copolymer TFTs, it is suggested that the use of PTz unit as an accepter-part in CDT based D-A type semiconducting copolymer is an effective way to enhance the field-effect mobility in the semiconducting polymer films.
