In this presentation, we will report on charge transporting characteristics of ambipolar organic filed-effect transistors (OFETs) where three DPP based polymer semiconductors - PDPPTPT, PDPP3T, and PDPP2T-TT are used as active layers. Based on the low-temperature transfer curve measurements, we analyzed the charge transporting behavior of both hole and electron in an active DPP semiconducting layer. In addition, we will introduce the split-gate structural FET to enhance the device performance of DPP-based ambipolar transistor. |
