제목 Fabrication of Transparent conductive Thin-multi walled carbon nanotube films using effect of the metal ion-DOPA coordination bond
초록 In this study, Thin-Multi Wall Carbon nanotubes (t-MWNTs) were dispersed with the MAPs (mussel adhesive protein) using a horn sonication. In order to enhance the electrical properties and coating stability, metal ions were added into thin-MWNT/MAPs solution to form the coordination bonds with DOPAs. The metal-DOPAs complex in the dispersion solution were confirmed through the change of the Raman/luminescence spectroscopy. The dispersion solution was coated on to PET films using ultrasonic spray-coating method. The electrical conductivity and the transmittance of the films were measured by 4-probe and UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy. Additionally, the coating thickness and the surface morphology of the films were confirmed by AFM and SEM.
