제목 Analysis of Graphite Eutectic Reaction Using Thermal/Linear Displacement Curve Measuring Technique
초록 The cooling curve of the casting of cast iron presents useful information, such as behavior of phase formation, but this information alone has the limitation of directly measuring and predicting the shrinkage and expansion behavior of the casting. Simultaneous thermal analysis and linear displacement analysis can overcome these limitations, and complementary analysis of the two curves enables further in-depth study. Although researches continue to analyze both curves through several researchers, the difficulty of experimental methods such as elimination / minimization of experimental error inducing variables, device design and construction is very high and there is a problem in reproducibility and reliability of results. It is a situation. Therefore, the main problems of the thermal and linear displacement curve analyzer were evaluated and selected materials such as molds, mold flask and measuring rods used in the apparatus as a solution to the various effects that occur during mold wall movement and measurement. The apparatus was verified for its consistency by analyzing the time of formation of the cast iron and the time of volume change, and reliability of the apparatus was ensured by ensuring reproducibility through repeated experiments.
