제목 Degradation and Biodegradability of Alachlor using Ionizing Energy
초록 On study, We investigated degradation of alachlor by gamma radiation and the biodegradability of gamma-irradiation treated alachlor. Initial aqueous solution of 20 mg/L alachlor, the degradation efficiency was 98.9% at 0.8kGy. With an initial aqueous concentration of 9.529 mg/L, the results of biodegradability showed that biodegradability of alachlor treated at 0.4kGy dose was 34.5 mg/L based on oxygen consumption The evaluation of the Biochemical Oxygen Demand(BOD) showed that gamma irradiation significantly enhances the biodegradability of the alachlor solution.
