Development of flexible zeolite nanofibers with high toluene adsorption/desorption characteristics |
초록 |
Flexible zeolite nanofibers with a high specific surface area were fabricated by electrospinning process and surface partial thermal etching process, for compact volatile organic compound (VOC) air purifiers. The adsorption and desorption characteristics of the flexible zeolite nanofibers were investigated as a function of surface thermal etching temperature and SiO2/Al2O3 ratio. With an increase of surface thermal etching temperature from 300OC to 400OC, the improved adsorption and desorption performance of toluene was analyzed by gas chromatography (GC). For the flexible zeolite nanofibers thermally etched at 400OC, the adsorption and desorption of toluene increased with increasing SiO2/Al2O3 ratio due to the largest specific surface area and a small amount of acidity. |
