제목 | HalidePerovskite Single Crystals for Optoelectronic Applications |
초록 | Halide perovskite single crystalshave been recognized as a promising platform for the high-performanceoptoelectronic devices, featuring high crystallinity and stability. However, ahigh trap density and structural non-uniformity at the surface have been majorbarriers for the progress of single crystal-based optoelectronic devices. Here,we report the formation of a unique nano-island structure at the surface of thefacet-controlled cuboid MAPbI3 (MA =CH3NH3+) single crystals through a cation inter-diffusion process enabledby energetically vaporized CsI. This newly reconstructed nano-islandsurface enhances the light absorbance over 50% and increases the charge carriermobility from 56 to 93 cm2V-1s-1.Thisunique engineering of the single crystal surface provides a pathway towardsdeveloping high-quality perovskite single crystal surface for optoelectronicapplications. |
