제목 | Synthesis of oxygen nanobubble(ONB) and their physicochemical and biological characterizations |
초록 | Hypoxia is a condition caused by lack of oxygen in tissues. It occurs in cancerous solid tumors, increases drug resistance, which results in poor drug treatment results. Micro/nanobubble is often used to deliver oxygen and remedy hypoxia tissue. Nanoscale bubbles is the less oxidative stress and greater stability. We synthesized an ONB consisting of a phospholipid shell and an oxygen core. Hydrophobic oxygen is loaded into the core. ONB has good gas diffusion. When it enters the cell, it explodes by Laplace pressure and shrank bubbles and then releases oxygen. The released oxygen will oxygenate tissue and weakens the hypoxia-driven pathway. We are characterizing the fabricated ONB using cryo-TEM, DLS, NTA and so on. The result was spherical bubbles and size is approximately 150-200nm. In addition, the oxygen release level was confirming using a DO meter. Cell toxicity tests were performed. Based on this, the ONB available to the human body and the effect on the cells can be confirmed. |
