제목 Biomemory Device Consisting of Cytocrome fSelf-assembled on MAA Layer for Bioelectronic Device
초록 The nanoscale biofilm consisting of cytochrome f self-assembled on MAA layer was developed for making a bioelectronic devices. A cytochrome f which has redox property was immobilized on Au surface via MAA. The biomolecular films was optimized in aspect of the characteristics of cytocrhome f by SPR and the STM. The electrochemical properties of biomolecular films were confirmed byredox propertyfrom CV. As a result, biomolecular filmswere immobilized on MAA modified gold surface, and this proposed film could be possible to bioelectronic devices.
