| 초록 |
Poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (pHEMA) hydrogels are widely used as components of biomedical devices and drug delivery systems owing to their high biocompatibility, thermal and chemical stability, and tunable mechanical properties. The major restriction of the hydrophilic pHEMA materials is limited ability to load drugs and control the release. The goal in this study is to enhance the potential of pHEMA hydrogels as drug carriers. Different hydrogels were prepared by free radical copolymerization. |
