Tailor-made Substituent-Driven Long-Range Conjugated Structures of Benzodithiophene and Diketopyrrolopyrrole-Based Copolymer |
초록 |
A π-conjugated polymer containing alternated triisopropylsilylethynyl(TIPS)-benzodithiophene(BDT) and diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP) was designed and synthesized to enhance poor intermolecular interaction of TIPS-unsubstituted BDT-DPP copolymer with a similar molecular weight. Via introducing the TIPS substituents to the copolymer, the TIPS-incorporated copolymer formed highly conjugated domains in spun-cast films, and developed a long-range π-overlap layered structure after thermally annealing. The resulting films could show high field-effect mobility values of up to 0.5 cm2V-1s-1 in organic field-effect transistors. |
