Assembly and Morphology Control of High Molecular Weight Conjugated Benzothiadiazole and Bithiophene/Vinylene-Based Copolymers |
초록 |
Novel donor-acceptor (D-A) conjugated polymers, P(DTfBT-BT) and P(DTfBT-TVT), including alternated benzothiadiazole and bithiophene (or vinylene) derivatives were synthesized, respectively. It was found that these polymers could form unexpected strong interchain aggregation in solutions at room temperature, whose absorption UV spectra in RT solution was almost comparable to those of thin solid films. In warm solutions of 60-70 oC, the aggregation could be separated, yielding uniform spun-cast films. The strong intermolecular interaction between P(DTfBT-BT) produced the highest hole mobility value of up to 1.66 cm2V-1s-1 in organic field-effect transistors. |
