Efficient Perovskite Optoelectronic Devices Using Conjugated Polyelectrolytes as Multifunctional Passivating and Hole-Transporting Layers. |
초록 |
The development of optimal charge transport layers for perovskite-based optoelectronic devices is an important research direction to improve the device performance and stability. Optimal charge transport layers should exhibit desirable energy levels for efficient charge extraction while blocking opposite charges and enabling the crystal growth of perovskite layers with suppressed interfacial defects. In this waork, the conjugated backbone and ionic densities of CPEs are modulated and then the relationship between the structures of CPEs and the device characteristics are observed. As the ionic density of CPEs increases, the wettability and interfacial crystal growth of perovskite are improved. The various optical and electrical analytical techniques, including steady-state PL, TCSPC etc. have verified the good defect passivation and enhanced efficiency of perovskite devices with CPEs. |
