제목 Study on the Narrow Band gap Polymers based on Diketopyrrolopyrrole for Organic Photovoltaic Applications.
초록 In this study, we have synthesized conjugated polymers based on Diketopyrrolopyrrole and Evaluated of their own characteristics by TGA, DSC, etc. By using these polymers and PC70BM for the active layer, we have measured performance of the bulk heterojuction Photovoltaic cells. The active layer was sandwiched between hole injecting PEDOT:PSS layer and hole blacking TiOx layer(ITO/PEDOT:PSS/Polymer : PCBM/TiOx/Al), and the maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of one of them was 1.07% with current density (Jsc) of 4.25 mA/cm2, open circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.72 V and fill factor (FF) of 35%.
