Fimasartan potassium trihydrate, a hypertension’s disease medicine, was incorporated in patch and evaluated. Gelatin and pullulan were used as patch formulations. NMP were used as adsorption agents. Titanium(Ⅳ)oxide were used as Adhesives. The results of skin permeation showed that the drug was released to the maximum at 24 hours. The results showed that the patch containing Fimasartan potassium trihydrate had no gastrointestinal problems, which is a problem of tablets, high percutaneous absorption rate and maintains the drug concentration continuously. |
