제목 Effects of MgCO3-modified TiO2 Electrode at various coating temperature on the photovoltatic performance of dye-sensitized solar cells
초록 TiO2 is generally being used as a semiconductor electrode for DSSCs. However, nanocrystalline TiO2 particles are not perfect in terms of solar cell efficiency. The recombination of injected electrons from TiO2 to electrolyte causes a decrement of device efficiency. To improve device efficiency, TiO2 surface was modified with MgCO3 at various coating temperature. The DSSCs with modified photoelectrode showed enhanced power conversion efficiency under AM 1.5, 1sun.
