Recently, organolead trihailde perovskite-based solar cells have attracted much attention because of their potential for good electron-hole diffusion lengths, low-cost roll-to-roll manufacturing on flexible substrates. Perovskite solar cell based on mesoporous or planar heterojunction structures have displayed amazing PCEs as high as 16%. However, the perovskite thin film has mainly formed by spin-coating. This method is unsuitable for fabricating large area solar cells due to much solution wastage and ununiform film thickness. In this work, the perovskite-based solar cell that has been fabricated by simple method that saves of time and coats large area flexible substrate with low material wastage and uniform film thickness has reached PCEs as good as spin coating-based solar cell. |
