Preparation and characterization of nanofibrous aerogels based on poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) using non-solvent induced phase separation |
| 초록 |
Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) organogels were produced via non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS) using chloroform as a solvent and tetrahydrofuran as a non-solvent. The gels were prepared at the room temperature or –5℃. The gelation time decreased with increasing PHB concentration and decreasing temperature. The scaffold were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area analysis , differectial scanning calorimetry (DSC) and universial testing machine (UTM). |
