제목 Functionalization of Molybdenum Disulfides for Selective Gas Sensing Applications
초록 Selective gas sensing ability is a virture for future advanced gas sensor, because of mixed gas detection for various applications (e.g. food industry, explosive gas detection and diagnosis of several diseases). In chemiresistor, major gas analytes interactions are generated on the surface of sensing channel. In this reason, sensing channel modification is highly important to diverse and improve the gas sensor ability for advanced sensing devices. In this study, we improve the selectivity of sensing channel by conjugating the thiol-ligand (Mercapto undecanoic acid (MUA)). The functionalization of MoS2 surface can be a promising method to obtain the highly selective gas sensing channel in chemiresistor application.
