Nowadays, making of white LED lamp has quickly needs of the supplementation of red region and development of new phosphors. Among those, CaS:Eu2+ phosphor has emitting properties at long wavelength region that was remarked the red phosphor for LEDs. So, in this study, CaS:Eu2+ red phosphor synthesized by co-precipitation and CaS:Eu2+ phosphor of optimization prepared though various conditions. It was used 5 % H2/95 % N2 without the H2S gas as making sulfide phosphor and it reduced harmful and complex process. The prepared phosphor show high luminescent efficiency more than 120 % in comparison with commercial SrS:Eu2+ and it has excellent properties of color rendering index because of luminescent central peak of 635 nm. The CaS:Eu2+ phosphor made to white LED lamp through combination of the InGaN of blue chip and SrGa2S4:Eu2+ phosphor and we look into characteristics of the lamp. |
