Electrochemical properties of Trimethoxy(octyl)silane-coated Li[Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2]O2 cathode for Lithium-ion battery |
초록 |
Understanding and control of interfacial phenomena between electrode material and liquid electrolytes are of major scientific importance for boosting development of high-performance lithium ion batteries with reliable electrochemical attributes. In this study, we have formed self-assembled monolayers of trimethoxy(octyl)silane (TMOS) on surface of Li[Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2]O2 cathode active materials The surface-modified Li[Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2]O2 cathode material exhibited a high discharge capacity and high rate performance due to enhanced transport of Li+ ions. Electrochemical properties 0and charge-discharge capability of TMOS-coated Li[Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2]O2 cathode materials were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy mapping(EDS mapping) and electrochemical test. |
