제목 | Changes in the crystal structure of PLLA filament and piezoelectric properties according to the content of BaTiO3 |
초록 | Piezo-electricity is a phenomenon that can convert deformation of a material into electricity or vice versa. And it is often used in force/pressure sensors, transducers and generators. Many studies have been conducted on the crystallization behavior of polymers due to the presence of nano particles. The nucleation of the nano particles accelerates the crystallization rate, and improves the dielectric properties by inducing β-form crystal formation. In this study, a PLLA piezoelectric filament having a β-form crystal was manufactured through heat-drawing. Also, an inorganic piezoelectric element (BaTiO3) was added to amplify the piezo-electric performance. And changes in crystal structure and piezoelectric properties according to the content of BaTiO3 were observed. |
