제목 Fabrication of silver nanowire-graphene transparent conductive films by spraying
초록 Spray coated silver nanowire-graphene hybrid transparent conductive film (TCF) was successfully demonstrated and the optical and electrical properties were studied. Ultrasonic and conventional air spraying were used for comparison. Sonic power, water droplet size and flow rate were the experimental parameters for ultrasonic spraying. The properties of hybrid films were explained by the morphology of the films prepared by two different spraying methods. The hybrid TCFs showed the sheet resistance of 91.4 Ω/□ with the optical transmittance of 83.0 % at 550 nm with as well as the root mean square roughness of 0.4 nm.
