A Study on the encourage of bone regeneration chitosan microsphere as a drug-delivery carrier |
초록 |
Chitosan is a naturally-derived biodegradable polymer displaying antibacterial and biocompatible properties. Chitosan was used for the preparation of colloidal spheres as a drug loadable matrix. The external appearance and drug loading efficiency were also analyzed using scanning electron microscope and high performance liquid chromatography. The effects of microsphere size, drug loading, cross-linking on drug delivery efficiency were examined. For optimization purpose, the drug delivery efficiency of the prepared microspheres was examined against cellular responses, such as cell growth and differentiation.
