제목 Interface analysis of monolithic ACIGS/CIGS tandem solar cell
초록 Recently CIGS solar cell wih bandgap of ~1.2 eV demostrated conversion efficiencies over 22%. And then it is developed to optimize the structure of the tandem solar cell to reach efficiencies over 25% due to limitations of maximum theoretical and experimental efficiency of single-junction solar cell. The focus of this paper is a proof of concept of the ACIGS/CIGS monolithic structure and control band gap and transparent of the top cell absorber. Ag doped CIGS thin films provide several advantages such as increasing the optical bandgap and grain size with lower defect. In this paper, we demonstrated characteristics of the monolithic ACIGS/CIGS tandem structure. The prepared ACIGS and ACIGS/CIGS thin films were analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), ion beam scanning electron microscopy, secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) and transmittance electron microscopy (TEM). The electrical parameters of tandem solar cell were measured by light I-V (AM 1.5 G, 25 °C, 100 mV/cm2) and external quantum efficiency (EQE).
