Diazocine compounds for organic light emitting diodes were synthesized with coumarin side groups that have high photoluminescence (PL) quantum efficiency (QE) When the synthesized compounds were used as emitting layers in non-doped OLED devices, structure of the device was fabricated as ITO / 2-TNATA (60 nm) / NPB (15 nm) / EML (35 nm) / Alq3 (20 nm) / LiF (1 nm) / Al. |
